The company's Radio Alliance service is available to listeners on Baidu's MP3 Channel. Users can search for and listen in real time to live radio stations in various cities. The initial formats its carrying are mostly music programmes.

Baidu plans to develop additional functions for the listening service, such as downloading, scheduling and ordering. A spokesbaidu told China Tech News that the outfit intends to sign up more radio streaming partners both in China and abroad as time goes on.
